Save The Queen gin is made from honey that is locally harvested from honey bees that reside in Belgian cities.

Our honey bees travel through the rich palette of flowers and plants in our cities to give us their most precious.

Their pure honey goes into the artisan distillation process and is accompanied by 14 magical botanicals after which it is bottled and loved.

Ingredients: Urban Honey obtained through our own hives and collaborations with the beekeeper community + 14 botanicals: juniper berries, rosemary, coriander seed, tail pepper, orris root, ginger, lemon peel, cinnamon, angelica root, cardamom, liquorice, grains of paradise, nutmeg and lavender blossom

Taste & aroma: Warm subtle taste of honey, not too sweet, juniper berries well present with a spicy aftertaste of ginger and tail pepper

Garnish: Juniper berries and a sprig of rosemary

Adapted tonic: Save The Queen Gin prefers to be served with a hard effervescent tonic such as Thomas Henry or Schweppes Premium Original. Fill the glass generously with ice and add a sprinkle of rosemary and a few juniper berries. Close your eyes and let yourself be swarmed ...
