The Goupil moist cuvée is produced using new winemaking techniques that reveal the aromatic potential of each grape variety. The grapes are harvested over-ripe, then cold settling and working the lees make it possible to obtain a sweet wine with fruit rich in aromas. The Goupil vintage has a straw yellow color. The nose is fresh with exotic and citrus notes. On the palate, the wine surprises with its balance between freshness and softness. Goupil moist is undoubtedly a wine of pleasure to drink as an aperitif, with dessert or at any time of the day to share a moment of conviviality.
